🌲 Real Forest, No Props — Works GTA's own trees at 45 hand-picked coordinates. Nothing is spawned, so no trees on roads, none stuck in rocks, nothing to stream.
🪓 Four Hatchet Tiers — One item, four grades. Tier and wear live on the item itself, so two hatchets wear separately and both follow it if dropped, stored or traded.
🎯 Timing Minigame — Swing when the marker hits the green band, with a gold core for a perfect hit. Better grades swing faster and give a wider window.
🌳 Five Species — Pine, cedar, birch and oak, plus five Ancient Redwoods worth about seven times a pine. Chop an oak, get oak logs and oak planks — the name carries all the way to the price.
⚙️ Chop → Mill → Sell — Raw logs are worthless until they go through the saw, so a run is a real round trip instead of one interaction you stand and spam.
📈 Dual Progression — Levels need planks and XP. Milling gives planks, felling gives XP, so you can't skip half the job and still rank up.
👷 Crews of Four — Tree health never changes with crew size. Yield and XP scale instead, with a bonus when everyone lands a swing on the same tree.
📋 Per-Player Contracts — Every player gets their own board, so nobody races anyone for the same order. Visible reroll countdown, and selling the goods voids the contract.
🚚 Your Vehicle Or Ours — Take the work truck when you clock on or use your own, and request a truck later without ending the shift.
